Suggested Outer Materials:Fabric must be stretchy! Ribbed knit, other cotton knit, cotton lycra blend, cotton jersey blend, minkee, other breathable knit fabric.  Waterproofing can be achieved through using DWR Stretch fleece or wool interlock, properly treated. With the use of wool it is highly suggested that only the snap-in insert option be used
