Policies
Guarantee and Returns
The workmanship on all Celtic Cloths sewn items is guaranteed for 90 days. Snaps are guaranteed for life. Failure to follow the care instructions voids this warranty.
? Custom orders are not returnable except at our discretion. Cancelled custom orders are subject to a 20% fee once sewing has started. All returns must be preauthorized by us and you must provide a tracking number for the package. Shipping is non refundable and buyer is responsible for paying shipping back on to us on returns.
? In stock items can be returned provided they are NEW and UNWASHED items can be returned within 14 days of receipt of purchase. ? Fabric may be returned within 14 days of purchase provided it has not been cut or washed. All returns must be preauthorized by us and you must provide a tracking number for the package. All fabric is inspected before being shipped, but we will gladly accept returns for flaws and dirt. We are not responsible for items damaged during shipping. Orders over $100 are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Fabric
All our undyed fabrics are greige goods and large quantities such as full rolls may contain rips, holes, runs or soiled areas. These flaws are considered normal by the manufacturer. We make every effort to provide you continuous yardage free from any flaws and will email you before sending you cut pieces. Full rolls are exempt from this and no refunds will be given for flawed areas. Measurements for full rolls is based on equipment where fabric is stretched taut. Loose fabric measurements may vary from the stated roll measurements. We suggest you take these things into consideration when ordering and calculate your usable area of full rolls at about 95% of the stated yardage.
Each roll is marked at the beginning and end with permanent marker. It is our policy to include this section in your order as EXTRA fabric. Your order should contain all the yardage you paid for plus this section. We could cut it off and throw it away, but we we are an environmentally friendly company and would rather give you a chance to use what you can of it than cutting it off and adding it to the landfills.
Privacy
We respect your privacy and do not and never will sell or share any of your information.
Payment
We accept all major credit cards through Paypal, checks, and money orders. Orders paid by check will be held until the check clears (approximately 5-10 business days.) We do not accept international checks or money orders. If a check or money order is not received within 10 days the order will be restocked without notice.
Payment is due immediately upon checkout. Failure to complete checkout through Paypal will result in your order being immediately restocked. There is no wait period.
Shipping
Shipping on in stock orders is done on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. Orders are processed on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Orders placed by noon on a processing day generally will be shipped the next day. Occasionally there may be small delays, but they are rare.
We ship internationally by airmail or priority.
All US orders are shipped by the cheapest method available unless priority mail is requested and paid for at checkout. No refunds are given for items not received until 30 days from the date of mailing. Tracking numbers are provided on all items, but we are not responsible for tracking information not being updated by USPS.
We do our very best to be sure shipping charges are fair to both us and to our customers.
Please note that for International orders other than Canada, a shipping total will be emailed to you after your order is placed, packaged and weighed. As I have to cut the fabric to weigh it, any order cancelled after the shipping total has been emailed will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Business Hours
As a currently working out of home mom, my work hours are evenings and partial weekends.
Environmental
We are a 100% smoke free home, and our regular postal carrier doesn't smoke either. We do have two cats, but they are not allowed near the fabric office. I do my best, but occasionally an animal hair or two may make it's way into your order. We do not use perfume, air freshener, scented candles or potpourri due to lung sensitivities in our own household, so your fabric and diapers should be free of perfume scents when they arrive. Some fabrics come with their own aroma and this is considered normal for the fabric. Most often the fabric has been unrolled from it's plastic shipping bag and aired out before it is cut and shipped to you but occasionally a scent will be present.
